What a great hummus concoction. The sweetness of beet and carrots with texture and slight saltiness of hummus. I absolutely loved this (although my wife was a bit less thrilled.
She's a traditionalist. She was thrown off by the color, and if you prefer a really garlicky hummus as she is, this isn't it.). So an alternative to hummus, a delightful change of pace.
I'll definitely buy it again.
Tried their broccomole dip first, and thought that was excellent so gave this one a try. Liked this one even better! Seems like they use their white bean, oil, & garlic base for both dips, and it is delicious & creamy. We're really impressed with their dips. Had it with the Red Hen rustic rolls, and we had to stop ourselves from finishing it all in one sitting.
