Double up on the meat for a truly tasty kebob!
Ingredients:
1 lb beef kebobs
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup shoyu
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 T minced garlic
1 t ground ginger or 1 T minced fresh ginger
1 lb bacon
2 sweet peppers
1 fresh onion
2-3 summer squash or zucchini
Mix together the oil, shoyu, vinegar, garlic and ginger and place it and the beef cubes into a non reactive container to marinate for 1 - 6 hours.
When you are ready to put together the kebobs, wrap each piece of beef in a slice of bacon, using the skewers to secure it.
Alternate meat with squash, peppers, and onions.
Cook on a hot grill for 8-12 minutes (internal temperature of the beef should be 400), turning to cook evenly.
