Champlain Orchards Wood Fired Maple Cider Syrup
Handmade in small batches using their own apples, Champlain Orchards slowly reduces their fresh pressed cider into a syrup that is sweet and tangy, with a flavor comparable to tamarind or pomegranate syrup. It is excellent drizzled over ice cream, used as a glaze for pork or chicken, or splashed into a Sap! soda for a bubbly apple drink.
