Handmade in small batches using their own apples, Champlain Orchards slowly reduces their fresh pressed cider into a syrup that is sweet and tangy, and can be used wherever pomegranate syrup is called for. It is excellent used as a glaze for pork, a marinade for chicken or beef, mixed into salad dressings, splashed into a seltzer for a bubbly apple drink, or poured over pancakes and waffles (of course!).
Refrigerate after opening.
