Smoked Fish Spread

Excellent smeared on a baguette, or for your favorite crackers.

Ingredients
Smoked salmon and trout, cream cheese (pasteurized cultured milk and cream, salt, stabilizers (locust bean and/or xantham and'or guar gum)), mayonnaise (soybean oil, water, whole eggs, distilled vinegar, egg yolks, salt, sugar, lemon juice concentrate, calcium disodium EDTA, natural flavors), sour cream (cultured, pasteurized light cream, nonfat milk, enzymes), fresh lemon juice, well water, leeks, parsley, pepper.
