Golden Gravy is a delicious, savory pasta sauce made from home-grown butternut squash simmered in a rich vegetable stock with caramelized fennel, fresh herbs, a touch of Marsala wine and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.

We had high hopes for this sauce but it didn't have much flavor and was sort of bland.
Amazing!!! I was not sure when I ordered this the first time, but was so very glad I did! We love Valicenti Organico ravioli but sometimes my creativity gets stuck with how to sauce some of the more unique flavor combinations. Golden Gravy is the answer I've been looking for! We had it for the first time with the Roasted Apple Almond and Camembert ravioli and our whole family was swooning. Yum, yum, yum. This one is on regular rotation in our order now :)
This sauce is delicious! We simply tossed some of the garlic scape linguine in the "gravy" and it was sublime. Definitely going into the rotation as a quick satisfying meal!
