This large leaf leaf spinach is excellent raw or cooked in your favorite recipe. It is fully washed but as with all spinach - an extra washing is advised to get out the last of the grit from all the wrinkles and folds.
This 10 oz bag of greens is perfect for a few big salads, or cook and add to a lasagna, spanakopita, omelette with feta, burritos, quiche or as a nutrient-rich side of its own with a splash of maple balsamic vinegar.
Store in a plastic bag or plastic clamshell in the refrigerator.
