Dill blossoms are prized by chefs for their color and unique appearance. They have a more intense flavor than dill fronds and can be used in any recipe where dill is required. Add to eggs, bake into biscuits, or make extra special pickles.
Store in a plastic bag or clamshell in the refrigerator.
Dill leaf is harvested in it's immature state before the plant sets out umbel shaped seed heads which are used in dill pickles, or in a savory bread or biscuits.
