This is a rich whole milk, cream-top yogurt, very lightly sweetened with organic maple.

Von Trapp Farmstead is gradually making their herd A2A2 only, humanely replacing their A1 ladies as they age out. Right now, it's about 80% A2. For this reason, some lactose intolerant people find this yogurt easy to digest.
