This Bonté staff favorite is hearty and flavorful from locally grown light buckwheat flour plus our homemade sourdough culture.

Ingredients
Sourdough culture (brown rice flour, filtered water), buckwheat flour, brown rice flour, potato starch, organic psyllium husk, maple syrup, organic olive oil, Celtic Sea Salt
Storage Tips

Keep refrigerated. This bread comes in a plastic bag. Enjoy within 2 days or slice and freeze for later use. If not sliced for several days, just run under cool water and heat in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
