Gluten Free Buckwheat Boule

This gluten free artisan boule is a round loaf, beautifully crafted. The texture is slightly chewy, and it holds its shape when sliced. Soft and simple, this bread is a great accompaniment to a nice meal and is best freshly toasted!

Ingredients
Water, buckwheat flour, brown rice flour, potato starch, *psyllium husk, *cane sugar, *apple cider vinegar, Celtic sea salt, yeast. *organic
Storage Tips

Keep refrigerated. This bread comes in a plastic bag. Enjoy within 2 days or slice and freeze for later use. If not sliced for several days, just run under cool water and heat in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Incredible gluten-free texture

After reading so many reviews of various gluten-free breads that crumble, I was impressed enough by this bread’s description to try it. Not a crumb to be seen, and I was able to slice the loaf into incredibly thin pieces. Wow! I’m amazed, and this is now my go-to for gluten-free bread!
