This medium heat green salsa is made with organic green garlic from Honey Field Farm in Norwich Vermont. The lighter, sweeter flavor of the green garlic compliments the tomatillos and lime perfectly to make a well balanced salsa perfect for burritos, charcuterie and nachos.
