Filling: ricotta cheese (sweet whey, whole milk, sweet cream, culture, vinegar and salt), cremini mushrooms, bread crumbs (bleached wheat flour, yeast, sugar, salt), extra virgin olive oil, parmigiano reggiano (milk, rennet, salt), rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper.
