I think the ingredients listed here may be missing one: peppers. (The ingredients list on the Del Sur site for their vegan mushroom option say “ mushrooms … mixed with onions, bell peppers, basil and parsley.”) For me, admittedly a very spice-averse person, these have too much heat. I really like Del Sur’s empanada dough, however, and will keep trying their other flavors.
