Fromage Blanc Sheep Cheese

A classic french cream cheese made from sheep's milk. Lusciously creamy, tangy, and buttery. Excellent for spreading on crackers, bagels, or cooking and baking, as a replacement for ricotta or cream cheese. Stir in herbs or eat plain.
