The seasonings in Jacuterie's version of Bratwurst are inspired by many of the wursts Jack Peele tasted in Berlin: garlic, nutmeg, and marjoram in the forefront with just a tiny, amount of caraway seed in the background. Cook these on the grill and, serve with sauerkraut and spicy mustard.
