This Brooklyn based company was created in order to help change the food system in America (sound familiar?). Rather than wasting "ugly" or overripe tomatoes, City Saucery turns them into delicious sauces, based on Nonna Carolina's Calabrian recipes. Her son, Michael, and partner Jorge are on a mission to cut down on food waste and celebrate the tradition of preserving the summer harvest to feed communities throughout winter.
