Really delicious! I remove the casings and crumble it up and cook it, then use it as a topping on my homemade Pizza. ALL the Snug farm pork products we have tried are top notch.

Snug Valley pork is generally the best & so worth the price. These hot Italian sausages in particular are amazing. We use the cut up in pasta dishes.

This sausage is absolutely delicious. I made a simple fry up with onions, peppers and mushrooms, deglazed the pan with a little red wine and served over fresh pasta with some parm-so yummy. I added a little pasta water to enrich the sauce. Spicy and balanced.

This is the most outstanding sausage I have ever tasted! The meat was juicy and not gamey- a fantastic balance of flavors and not overly spicy. Our 5 and 7 yr olds had no problem with the spice level. Fantastic product!
