Red Kabocha Squash has a beautiful orange flesh, wonderful nutty flavor and is most easily prepared by splitting and baking with butter and savory herbs.
Store in a cool, dry place.
It is both mild and sweet and will be a favorite with children with its wonderful color and smooth texture. The flesh is similar to Red Kuri Squash.
