This bunch of mixed purple and white kohlrabi is as lovely as it tasty. A little known, but fantastic, vegetable, kohlrabi are crisp, sweet and juicy with a mild spice, similar to a broccoli stem or cabbage center.

Kohlrabi roughly translated from German is 'cabbage turnip,' aptly named for its shape and flavor.
