Witt Acres Farm is a small beef and certified organic vegetable farm owned by Malachi Witt, who graduated from UVM with a B.S. in Ecological Agriculture. The farm started with a small grass-fed beef herd in 2022 on land rented from River Berry Farm. Witt Acres Farm is passionate about sustainably growing vegetable crops by integrating perennial forages to reduce soil disturbance.
