We feel like we are eating out when we have these falafel fritters with the hummus from FTY. I've had falafels that are overfried and too hard, but not these. They are crisp on the outside and deliciously fluffy inside. If we are busy I just serve over rice, but if I have a bit more time, I make my own tortillas to go with and becomes a special meal.
These are super tasty and easy to cook and reminded me of fresh, traditional falafel. I did pan fry mine in a little avacado oil and they turned out wonderfully crisp. I prefer these to the falafel burgers as I found the burgers fell apart more easily.

These are delicious! We served them at an extended family cookout as a platter of veg burger sliders (small buns, with lettuce, tomato and bit of spicy mayo) and they were a huge hit. These would also be terrific atop a big salad for an excellent lunch or a summer dinner. They arrive frozen so these would be super convenient to have on hand for whenever you need a quick meal.
