This mustard is slightly spicy in flavor, and texturally crunchy and succulent. Grown by Pete's Greens of Craftsbury, VT, mustard grows well in the cold and is suited to our northern climate.
Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.
I love it in salads, it gives a great spicy flavor.
