How can there be no reviews of these amazing lions mane mushrooms?! My favorite way to cook them is the press & sear method from the Wicked Healthy Cookbook by Chad and Derek Sarno. You end up with mushroom "steaks" that are incredible.
Best mushrooms we have ever had! We roasted the mushrooms with Sherried shallots. Yum! Will definitely order again.
