Storage Tips
Store it on the shelf and keep dry. It does not need to be refrigerated. The longer it sits, the stronger the infusion will be (which is good). Crystallization is normal as all infusions are made with Raw Honey. To liquefy, just put the jar in a sunny window or sit it in warm water (with the lid on).

One of my kids is attending in person (outdoor) school during a pandemic; I'm giving him elderberry syrup once a day as a prophylactic against viral infections. Adding this elderberry infused honey to a thermos of herbal tea feels like another little blessing and ward against illness during stressful times. More important to the kid, he thinks it tastes great! The packaging you get from FTY is the black-lidded jar on the right in the photo. It isn't as pretty as the jar with the wire top, but it is functional and easy to scoop from with a teaspoon without getting sticky hands. There are actual berries in this honey, so warn the family they may see black dots in their beverage. My kid asked if I'd added little bugs to his mug, and should he drink them?! LOL
