Frozen Tuscan Kale Ravioli

Made with tuscan kale puree in the dough for a green ravioli! The filling is a cozy mix of ricotta with roasted gold potatoes, provolone and garlic confit.

Ingredients
Fresh pasta: durum semolina flour, soft wheat "00" flour (may contain soy), eggs (whole eggs, citric acid), tuscan kale, water. Filling: ricotta cheese (sweet whey, whole milk, sweet cream, culture, vinegar and salt), gola potatoes, provolone (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), garlic, kale, extra virgin olive oil, parmigiano reggiano (milk, rennet, salt), salt, pepper.
