Upland Cress, also known as Winter Cress, is not the same as Water Cress. Small, dark green leaves are spicy, pungent and nutritious.
Store in a plastic bag or wrapped in a damp cloth in the refrigerator.

Cress is one of my all time favorite greens, and this cress has got a wonderful flavor with a nice bite to it. Love it on the Everything Brewer's Crackers with a little hummus or Miyoko garlic herb vegan cheese. One of the best signs that spring is finally here!
This cress added a refreshing bite to my egg sandwich with cave aged Cheddar and red onion. Delicious
This watercress is tender and the bitterness of cress is there but not biting. I made a big cress sandwich with it between two slices of Crossett Hill bread.
