Soybean Hummus

Soy beans make a truly delectable hummus—smooth, rich, and very savory.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups cooked soy beans
1 clove garlic

large pinch salt
red chili flakes, to taste
3 T cider vinegar or lemon juice, or a mixture
1 T tahini
1/3 - 1/2 cup oil

Add all the of he ingredients except the oil to your food processor.

While you process, stream in the oil.

You may find you need 2 or 3 spoonfuls of water to get the consistency you like.

Test for seasoning and adjust, adding more acid and salt as needed.
