Mother’s Kitchen was created by Saurabh Gupta, who moved with his family to the United States from India when he was 9. His mother's kitchen remained not only the hub of family life, but a connection to his roots. Now grown and feeding his own children, he wanted to help other families whip up quick, delicious and healthy homemade curries that taste like they have been cooking for hours. Most Indian restaurants pour on the cream and butter to make their food taste better; homemade Indian curries take time to slowly develop the flavors that make them both delicious and healthy. Mother's Kitchen gives us all a chance to enjoy a great curry without all the stirring!
