Slice of Vermont is a small family owned and run business in Williston, VT. In 2008, with 2 small children, and a desire to make affordable, nutrient dense, delicious foods for kids, the Rosciolis decided to start a business. Fifteen years and two more children later, they are strictly a wholesale specialty food producer making Italian-American foods with clean, simple ingredient lists.
They take pride in offering food free of artificial additives, preservatives, colorants or flavors, and with the same ingredients that would have been used 100 years ago. Many of their recipes have been used in the Roscioli family for generations (the oldest bakery is Rome is owned by Rosciolis), having been fully developed at the famous Rom's Restaurant in Sturbridge, MA.
