After being attacked by radioactive maple creemees way back in 2009, Jenn and John opened Birchgrove Baking. They, along with a small team of bakers and baristas, make baked goods and coffee daily for the town of Montpelier, Vermont. Birchgrove uses local, organic and seasonal ingredients as much as possible, and everything is made by hand in small batches. They want everything they sell to be something that they would happily take home to their families (as they often do!).
