A delicate and floral vinegar with the depth and spice of thai basil flowers picked at the peak of their flavor.
Keep in a cool, dark place.
It really has a very delicate floral hint, very subtle. Just used it with lime juice and sugar (you can substitute a TBSP of limeade for both) for a quick diced cabbage and pineapple salad dressing, with tsp of Thai garlic chili, as well. A lighter vinegar than most. Very nice!
This flavorful vinegar makes a great dressing for a green salad or sliced cucumber salad to serve when you are making an Asian meal.
