All Souls Tortilleria's Four Corners tortillas are a soft, pillowy tortilla made from organic wheat flour, organic sunflower oil, gmo free baking powder and Redmond's salt. They are made in the spirit of the tortillas that predominate in New Mexico and Colorado, equally at home in wraps, burritos and quesadillas. They come in eight packs of nine inch diameter tortillas made from regionally grown and milled wheat flour.

These have such a lovely flavor and are perfect for quesadillas because they're on the thicker side. They're a little too thick to fold into a burrito, but it's worth turning your burrito into a quesadilla because the tortilla is worth it. Your taste buds will thank you.
