I actually use this as vinegar, rather than as tonic. You can see why by checking the ingredients: artesano vinegar, ginger, honey, turmeric, horseradish, lemon, onion, jalapeno pepper, garlic, pink peppercorn. Just wonderful as a salad dressing.

We love this tonic! I put it in our daily salads with olive oil. I add it to marinate my vegetables before roasting or grilling.
Adds great flavor to so many things and is great for an immune boost at the same time.

Our family has often used raw apple cider vinegar to stave off winter colds. This tonic is amazing and kicks up the protection with the additional spices. Definitely a great recipe. Small doses--shot glass sips--took us a few weeks to get through the bottle but we are ordering again! As a "last sip of the night", it's is a great healer.
