This baby leaf spinach is excellent raw or cooked in your favorite recipe. It is fully washed but as with all spinach - an extra washing is advised to get out the last of the grit from all the wrinkles and folds.
This is packed in a recyclable plastic clamshell, made from recycled plastic! When you have finished this spinach, reuse the container or recycle it.
Store in a plastic bag or plastic clamshell in the refrigerator.
