Smoked Maple Bacon Sausage
A farm favorite, these links have little chunks of bacon in them and make the perfect breakfast sausage.
Ingredients
Pork in pork casing, organic vermont maple sugar, Himalayan pink salt, organic spices (allspice, juniper berry, fennel seed, rosemary, black pepper, sage), salt, cane and brown sugar, sodium erythorbate (2.7%), sodium bicarbonate (1% buffer), sodium nitrate (0.6%), cultured celery powder (celery powder, sea salt).
Storage Tips
If you plan to cook this up within the week keep it in the fridge. If you are not sure then go ahead and freeze it. Thaw slowly in cool water before cooking. Not preserved, keep below 40 degrees at all times.
