Semi-White Vermont Grown Rice

This "semi white" rice has been polished so that it is more delicate and stickier than the brown rice. It is short-grain rice, grown in the Champlain Valley of Vermont using the "duck-rice" method of integrated farming, using no synthetic pesticides or fertilizers of any kind.

Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
