My husband and I enjoy our pork chop Thursday (the day I pick up my order). We pair it with the sweet potatoes or sautéed kale / spinach. So juicy and succulent with the right amount of fat so it's not dry and flavorless.

We cooked these with just a little salt and pepper, then we heated up some of the sauerkraut in the same pan. Delicious!!
