We have been looking for a pasta maker who's product quality and flavor is up to the standards we have set, and from the first taste we knew Dave and Michelle were the real thing. Dave and Michelle start this pasta with organic semolina flour and local eggs, then they juice the spinach which comes from their own gardens and then use that instead of water to make this pasta. The flavor is delicate and so perfect for a cream sauce!
