This Morrocan-inspired ravioli is filled with delicious chickpeas, vegetables, and herbs.
Dough:organic semolina, pasteurized eggs, sea salt
Filling: carrots, tomatoes, cumin, coriander, fennel
For best results, keep ravioli frozen and add directly to boiling water when ready to prepare.

Incredibly tasty. Moroccan flavors come through, but are not overpowering. Great to keep in the freezer for nights I don't feel like making a big effort, but still want something yummy.
