This mixed mesclun is a blend of tender young leaves of spinach, shoots and brassicas. This medley brings a range of sweet and spicy flavors and tender, crisp leaves.
Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.

Not only is the mesclun a nice mix (no very peppery greens) but it comes in a plastic bag instead of a plastic container which seems less likely to get recycled.
Maybe my bag of mesclun was the exception but these greens had holes (pests)? in them and had a bitter taste that did not exactly transmit freshness. Picked it up on Thursday. By Saturday dinner time, were already wilting. Will not buy again.
Always comes fresh, great flavor, lasts a good week in the fridge (I recommend transferring to a vented veggie container with damp paper towel for best results).
Wonderfully tender, fresh and sweet, this mix is a staple in our order. Never found a limp or slimy leaf in our bag, which makes all the difference for me!
