Vermont maple sugar and a strong chai reduction make this a sweet, smooth and slightly spicy marshmallow.

Ingredients
Sugar, light corn syrup, gelatin, chai (cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, black tea, molasses, black pepper, cloves, citric acid), maple sugar, vanilla, salt.

Store in a cool, dry, dark place, or freeze for up to 1 year.
