Milk, cream, unsweetened chocolate, sugar, peppermint, cocoa butter, nonfat milk powder, egg yolk, guar gum, locust bean gum, carrageenan, soy lecithin (an emulsifier), pure vanilla extract (water, alcohol, extractives of vanilla)
