Keep refrigerated. This bread comes in a plastic bag. Enjoy within 2 days or slice and freeze for later use. If not sliced for several days, just run under cool water and heat in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.

After reading so many reviews of various gluten-free breads that crumble, I was impressed enough by this bread’s description to try it. Not a crumb to be seen, and I was able to slice the loaf into incredibly thin pieces. Wow! I’m amazed, and this is now my go-to for gluten-free bread!
