This gluten free artisan boule is a round loaf, beautifully crafted. The texture is slightly chewy, and it holds its shape when sliced. Soft and simple, this bread is a great accompaniment to a nice meal and is best freshly toasted!

Keep refrigerated. This bread comes in a plastic bag. Enjoy within 2 days or slice and freeze for later use. If not sliced for several days, just run under cool water and heat in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.

This is the best gluten free bread my husband and I have ever tasted. The only thing that compares is what we had in New Zealand 10 years ago. Delicious. Please keep making this.
