Frozen Pea & Mint Ravioli

Ingredients
Fresh pasta: durum semolina flour, soft wheat "00" flour (may contain soy), eggs (whole eggs, citric acid), water. Ricotta filling: ricotta cheese (sweet whey, whole milk sweet cream, culture, vinegar and salt), extra virgin olive oil, parmigiano reggiano (milk, rennet, salt), fresh mint, salt.
