Mixed Sourdough Bagels

Charlie of Patchwork Farm and Bakery bakes these sourdough bagels fresh for us and packs them in a sleeve of four - two seeded and two plain. They are deliciously chewy, subtly sour (as they are a 100% sourdough bagel!) and taste amazing on their own or smeared with Champlain Valley Creamery Cream Cheese.
