I think Farmers To You just started offering these ends & pieces from a couple different providers. I love them. I usually cut up bacon anyway, whether I'm eating it straight or putting it in soup, so it really just saves me time. I've ordered the Cellars at Jasper Hill & Snug Valley Farm ones; both were excellent.
