Grilled Striped Bass With Chimichurri

Put that chimichurri to good use on some freshly grilled striped bass for a flavorful, easy summer dinner.

Preheat grill to 425.
Season your fish with olive oil, salt and pepper.
When the grill is hot, place your fish skin side down and cook for 4 minutes. 
Flip, and cook to desired doneness.
Blister some cherry tomatoes during the final 2 minutes.
Serve fish scattered with the blistered tomatoes and a drizzle of chimichurri.
