Easy Blender Pancakes

A simple and nutritious start to any day.

Ingredients:

2 T oil
1 1/4 cup vanilla or maple yogurt
1 cup milk

2 cups rolled oats or Ancient Grains cereal
2 eggs
1 T maple syrup
2 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt

Set your griddle on medium heat to warm.

Put all ingredients into your blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.

Scrape down the sides and blend again for good measure.

Time to add and mix-ins you like (berries, nuts, chocolate chips), and foldin gently.

Allow the batter to sit for 5-8 minutes.

Cook on medium heat on a well-buttered griddle and serve with more maple syrup, whipped cream, or just eat as a snack once they cool.
