Caroline Arend was running her catering company in Bedford, NH, when COVID struck and patrons wanted cozy meals to gift to first responders. Her pot pies were so popular that she started a sister company, The Pot Pie Bar. Her pot pies are made with wholesome ingredients and infuse a modern approach to traditional comfort food.
