Wrap City Chips began as a simple side dish in the back room of the first Wrap City Sandwich Company store in Londonderry, NH, in 2015. Initially, the chips were hand-sliced using a manual slicer and fried in a small countertop fryolator. Customers quickly fell in love with the homemade kettle chips, and soon what started as an accompaniment to wraps and sandwiches took on a life of its own and became a separate, thriving business. Wrap City sources all of its russet potatoes from sustainable family farms in Maine.
